Back on the road in 3 weeks! New chassis legs and engine bay floors etc, rear spring hangers as they had twisted and ALL the suspension was replaced. A few new body panels and an acro-prop later and she was near enough back in shape!!
Had the geometry checked out before using her again and it was closer than before the accident :o
Drove her for another 2 years before i gave her a rest!

More like a tractor!
Ploughed through a 3ft bank before she came to rest where you see her!
She had a hawthorn bush stuck through the radiator with a 2" diameter trunk
I drove her out of the field after she was back on her wheels (thanks to a passing HIAB lorry driver!) and thought that the field was roughly ploughed, but when i got to the other side i realised that the drivers side wheel was so heavily compressed against the wheel arch that it was flat at the side (9 o clock position) rather than the bottom :o :o
