VAT778H - Help locating a Traveller

Hi all,

Sorry to jump right in at the deep end, but does anyone know the whereabouts of a trafalgar blue (as was) Traveller, vrm VAT778H? According to the DVLA it is still alive and taxed . . .
I would dearly love to track this car down. My family owned it back in the early eighties when it underwent a minor (excuse the pun) restoration and had a home-made rear roll-over bar fitted to allow the fitting of rear inertia-reel seat belts. I remember touring the UK in the car, five up plus dog and trailer.

If anyone can help please do!

if you won't manage to find it form here, I'm sure I read somewhere if you pay a fiver to DVLA and a good reason they will tell you where it is

Needs to be a 'good' reason - such as - 'it was parked on my land and I want to Fine the owner!' - or - 'it bumped into my car and sped off without stopping'. That sort of thing. You can try the 'used to be my car - and I have some original documentation/history I want to pass to the new owner' - but not sure if that will work! It should - but sadly it may not.

Found this from 2010 down in Somerset. If anyone knows of this car can they please give the owners a nudge in this direction? Ta!
