Wipers not operating correctly

The rack can be turned over to present a new face to the gears/pinions.

Try kicking the hubcaps!!!
The inner part of the rack is only a spiral cable and this can wear where it is in contact with the gear wheel. The inner cable might be available on its own. Try Minor Developments.

And then Bull Motif/ESM et al for the new hubcaps as you've dented them!
