National Rally 2009 - Haynes International Motor Museum

Post by pgc520 »

All,

Just a quick note to confirm that the 2009 National Rally will be on the 28th 29th June.

I am hoping to open the campsite on Thursday and Friday and if sufficent interest is shown we will arrange a fun run on the Friday.

We will be able to use the track on saturday and sunday more details to follow.

The Museum is offering a reduced entry price over the event, and has many outdoor activities for younger members.

The saturday night party will be in one of the conference center rooms so not pesky generators this year.

More details will follow in the January edition of MM.
Image
Down south again. A quick trip down the A303 towards Yeovil, Sparkford isn't it? Just looked on the map, closer than I thought. Can you book some decent weather please?

I think Bristol's the nearest airport, around 35 miles from Yeovil.

Not too bad for me around 135 miles and not to much of the M25, and in case you need it here is the link.

The rally is a long time off yet so why not go on a series of progressively longer trips around your local area to iron out any reliability problems first?

As for stopping to help, consider it done! :D
