I saw a nice pale blue traveller at the bottom of the A1M today on the hard shoulder and a police cruiser with its red lights all flashing.

Looked more like a talking to than a breakdown! :o

time to fess up as they say. :D

Saw two on near the M25 end of the M4 on Thursday, both pale blue, both going the same way about a mile apart (I was driving a recovery lorry the other way so had a good view and plenty of time to Moggy spot!). Possibly one of those...
