Well, the club have plenty of right hand ones (unsure if they are new or recon), they have just the one left hand but it has no stub axle.minor_hickup wrote:I didn't spot this thread! Your car definately has MM kingpins. They are still available NOS.

The new ones from the club are £60 plus postage, but they don't have the stub axle fitted. You have to press out your old one and fit that, so if you don't have the machinery that's added cost. This is how Morris supplied them, so they are NOS. But they only have right handed ones!
I have opted for the reconditioning route, popped down my local motor factors, he made enquiries and found somewhere that will do it for £57 inclusive of VAT. So I get my original pin, with a new thread, he did say that it will be a good quality steal that they will spray on, so it won't be no back street throw together.
Oh yes, I'll have it for the weekend too.... so if this was my daily car it would have only been off the road for a week.
