Got a little problem with the door seals on sophie, water comes in at the top and they are coming away from the door posts where I rub against them getting in and out.
Are there better quality door seals which fit tighter and have better sealing rubbers available.

Original seals require retaining clips to be added to the body around the door opening to which the seals clip onto. If these are fitted correctly you cannot remove the door seals without damaging them (or at best they are extremely difficult to remove). I'm not sure what type of seal you have as there are many types available but I am assuming you have the original type so you maybe just need some more body clips in the area where the seal is not secured.
