She was my daily drive for many years up until I bought my Series 2 Land Rover, eventually her body gave up (as they do) and she was put to one side in the garden until I had time to repair her.
The other week I moved her out (under her own power despite her not having run in a few years) and started pulling her apart.
As you can see, she's very, very rusty but I can't bear to part with her so she will live again despite her current state. I'll post pictures as I get on with the job, but I hope to finish the welding before the really bad weather sets in. It's not going to be a concours job as she very much gets used as do all my cars, and I'd be mortified about spoiling her if she was too nice...
Just goes to show there's always someone with a rustier one than yours!
