Hi,
can someone of you tell me about this product? I have to fix the chassis, welding etc. etc., I won't be able to sand blast it. Someone told me that if I take all the rust away, as much as possible, and then use Dinitrol I will obtain a good result. Is it true? I asked for information but sounds like if this product is not sold in Italy, so..........thanks!
Luca

Hi Luca, Dinitrol is good but most people prefer Waxoil, but first you need to treat any rust that is left with something like Jenolite or a similar rust converter and then apply one of the above, if you look through the postings this sort of thing has been covered before.
Cheers

Hi Luca,
The best rust converter I have come across here in the UK is called JENOLITE.
Its a brush on liquid that is available in big tins that changes the rust to a dark blackish colour when its treated.
It should be available online somewhere !

cheers shy, got the fertan on sunday and coated rusty hinge just looked at it now ,12.00 o clock midday ,its gone jet black, quite a tough coating really. i got it mainly for bottom of b-post to rear arch area, wen i replaced the wood [footrail] there was a fair bit of rot ,which came from a hole at bottom, front, rear wheel arch, after the water had got in and done its dirty deed ,then the previuos owner decided to patch the hole,im going to squirt it in with flexi tube on "clarke oil suction gun",see ya mate ,steve
