For anybody coming South on the M40 to Gaydon.

There is no Southbound exit for Gate 12.

Is that due to roadworks? I've used M40 J12 southbound exit in the past!

For Leamington Spa, there's no southbound M40 exit at 13, as you are meant to use 14 for south and 13 for northbound.
