Members in South Wales

Just wondering how many members there are in the South Wales area. Just give a 'Hey' and a pic of your moggy so I can look out for you.

Am I really all on my own here? :P

They are probably awash with all the rainfall you have had recently.

MC,

I'm close to your location, as are Russel LCV in Cardiff, Iddy used to post from Porthcawl and Rob Thomas.
How about a Website Rally to a World Heritage Site and NO I'm not going Nationalist, others can attend

Cheers

I'll order a fine Sunday!

Meet at Abergavenny Bus station car park and have a look at the bikers before they ride off into Mid-Wales.

Make our way to the World Heritage Site at Blaenavon, stopping off for a quick walk on the Blorenge to admire views of the Usk Valley, quick pint/lunch at the Whistle Inn, Garn yr Erw.

A choice then of an underground tour at the Big Pit Mining Museum and/or Blaenavon Ironworks wher e we can see the cottages used for the Coalhouse TV series and if time a look at the renovated St Peter's School and information centre.

Entrance is free to all these venues.

What do you think?

Sounds great :D

I'll have to let you know when I'm available though.

Might be a couple of weeks because of other commitments.

Evening all. I'm in south Wales, too, and the suggested day out to visit the pit and the whistle would suit me as it's on my doorstep! I drive a trafalgar blue traveller, but not for a couple of weeks yet, cos I'm replacing the wood, which is proving to be a right b*gger of a job, but if it's finished in time, I'm up for the day out.

Snap! I've just completed the job. Altho' the rain comes in and I don't know where.

I live at Little Mill; perhaps we ought to meet at the Goose & Cuckoo, quickest for you to walk and I'll drive

Give me a shout via PM

Hi Millerman. Too much uphill for me to get to the Goose now, I'm afraid.
I'm not technical enough to use PM either, so why not ring me on 07811 839187, and we'll meet for a pint somewhere. And anyone else local who would like to meet up. Any night except Fridays.

Will try and remember to bump this one up in the spring although it would, if the roads are passable, be a very scenic trip in the snow :D

Abergavenny Bus station car park is a mecca for bikers on a fine Sunday so if the Minor is not going come on your Harley.........

Emmerson should have his Trav on the road by the Spring as well
