okay so have taken two of the bolts out on the original dampers to put the new uprated ones in. so i went to put the bolt back in and i realy can not get it back in at all! it came out like a dream but just cant get it back in. is there something i am doing wrong?
Maybe the damper twisted slightly if you lent on the car while the bolts were out? Would it be better to jack the front up to take the weight off the shock?

If the suspension is at full drop the damper arm will be in tension on the rebound stop. try a jack on the lower arm just enough to lift the top arm off the stop this should relieve any tension on the damper mounts
