Tracing my Dad's first car

Hi, I don't know if anyone would know how I would be able to find out the whereabouts of my Dad's first car, he's always wondered what happened to it. !!! It's a 1952 Morris Minor Split Screen registration OKT 88. Any information would be most gratefully recieved. :D

According to the DVLA website it's no longer registered, whether that means the number plate is now on a merc or the car was scrapped.
