OK, so I'm looking at Travellers cause thats what I really want to own and on about 90% of the cars that I have looked at the right hand rear door is higher at the top edge than the left hand rear door, but, the bottoms line up OK.
Is this how they left the factory or is it due to so bodgery that has gone on in the past or something more serious like a twisted chassis or something?

No they were not made like that! It just needs and bit of "poking"
and "fiddling" and they can be made to line up correctly. Adjustments on the hinges do the trick.
Thanks Lou, I didn't think it would be normal. Just seemed strange that the bottoms of the doors were perfectly straight and the tops, upto half an inch out, in some cases.... Rich

That would be interesting - get some double glazing companies round for a quote - I would love to see the look on their face when you show then to the Morris
This is the problem. Anyone that has re-aligned trav doors AND adjusted the lock lever sockets to get the doors to shut easily and correctly, do let me know and no bodgery!!
