Hello everyone

Have just bought a mint 1954 Early SII with cheese grater grill in totatly original conditon and 12months tax and MOT :D

Emily 2 is being planned.

Have also accidently..... bought a 1275 ital engine and remains of a metro turbo....

Will have to talk to Jonathon about suspension and brakes again...

So glad to be back

Sept 2010 - finally gave up breaking down in a SII Landy...
where to break down next?
2013... managed to seize my 1275 just by driving it round the block :(

It's good to be back, car should be with me on thursday so I will post some pictures then

Engine is on garage floor and looks mint, turns over smoothly and has no play in crank. Will drop sump to fit some new shells and check the bores.

Not sure on spec of rest of engine yet but will be in similar vein to the last one :)


Need some help to find a riley one point five diff and a set of disks.....!


Been a lot of changes since emily, have moved away since getting divorced, have fab new job with company that makes laser cnc stuff so getting metal cut is no problem ..!

Remember the Wolsley 1500 used the same diff its a bit of folk lore that it only had a 3.9 they both use the 3.7
