He's a dealer

"Seller:
devonclassiccars1( 31)

Feedback:
95.8 % Positive"

so price is probably not so bad from a dealer for a restored car, if its as good as described.

Its a shame it has later wings and not the original series II wings though- maybe a lever to drop the price a bit.
Cheers John - all comments IMHO

Hi all, apart from the side lights on the front wings, are the later type any different to the series II version.

The reason I am asking is I am restoring a series II and my dad bought some front wings (the later type) we have filled the side light holes and drilled holes for the hockey sticks. I think I have later rear wings too, but I am hoping we can still buy the early type?.... can we?

Thanks for your help.

Yes, but I suppose your paying for the additonal seating, comfort, lack of noise, better visibility etc

Yes, nice car and nice interior. Pity the colour is wrong - Almond green was a sixties colour if I remember right and looks a bit bright on a Series 2. Should be Empire Green I think, a rather more subtle shade...
various specialists supply the early type wings - normally produced to order as its not a fast moving item I guess.
cheers
