If its all good or fresh paint and you are masking up vulnerable areas then I'd allow 3 hours, maybe more for all of the seals and runners, window channels etc.

Does it line up perfectly with the front wing and B post, Did you copper ease all of the bolts and grease up between the hinge post and hinge. Did you fit new rubbers, seals, runners and grease between the 4" up seal. Did you grease up between the door lock and door, grease the window channel, clean the glass with wire wool, fit spring washers, washers, and grommets for the door frame. Fit new rubbers to the door stop and adjust perfectly including fitting the correct blanking grommets to the door frame. Refit the rubber seal at the bottom of the window frame and a stainless screw into the frame, greased of course!. Is the door fully adjusted with the door seals fitted correctly and does it clunk shut with only the slightest push, does the bottom of the door have a constant 5mm gap between it and the sill finisher. Did you polish off the greasy finger prints from the door .............................that'll do for starters :D :D
