fan switching

Post by PAULJ »

I have an electric fan which is switched by a Kenlow capillary type control, I would like to fit an electrical thermo switch. Is there a thermostat housing that will fit a 1275 engine and have a switch mount.
Hope that makes sence!!!

Yes there is a stat cover with a standard screw thread to the side to take the normal temperature sensor - and later Minis had one with a smaller thread on top for use with the MPi engine. For some reason both types seem to fetch good money on ebay!
