If you need to keep coins or tokens in your car go and find a MK11 VW Polo (1982 - 90) in a scrappy. Under the steering wheel to the left is a coin holder. If you stick your finger around the back from below with a good poke it will pop out. Sat in a Moggie glovebox it won't slide around cos it's made of rubber. If you don't mind it on show, with a bit of jiggery pokery you can even cable tie it to the lip under the dash.
