Time for that new head

I bought one last year. A standard 12g202, with the hardened valve seats.
I'm making it my priority job for this summer. :wink:
So, could anybody advise as to torque settings, (both imperial and metric if poss.) etc. I need to be armed with as much info as possible.
I did have a Haynes manual, but I'm buggered if I can find it now... :o
