Chrome "Map"

Post by polo2k »

Hi all, im making good progress on Mona now and its not going to be too long before im getting the doors back together. Its been nearly 9 years since I took the chrome off (and i was a little daft back then) So I have forgotten where everythign came from. On top of that, since the car was dismantled it has moved to france, then back to the UK, all the time in pieces.
Im paying the price not for my daftness (litteraly!) Im now missing a fairly scary amount of chrome work.

Does anyone have a "map" like a detailed explaoded diagram (if possible with screws/fixings setc) of the door assemblies including the chrome. It would help massivly!

On a side note, when I bought the car I was told that she was originaly a "highline" spec and should have stainless/chrome kick pannels, Is this the case? does anyone have any pictures of one of these?

On another side note, is the chrome available in stainless steel? Just figured this might stay pretty for longer :)

Click the link then go > Parts Dept. > Parts Catalouge and then click on points 11. 12. & 13.

These aren't amazing pictures but they do give exploded diagrams of the door in three parts.

Hope this is of some help.
