Bleeding Marina disc brake set-up

Advice required on bleeding the brakes when the rubber valve cup in master cylinder has been removed for the Marina disc set-up.

Have tried the 'usual' way but it's slow progress

Make sure the calipers are mounted with the bleed nipples uppermost!

i had a bit of a nightmare when i did mine, found it was just a LOT of air in the system so it was compressing the air and not pushing out the fluid like normal. took ages...could be that...
