Computer help required

Post by 8009STEVE »

I can weld, I can spray etc but I can not get my printer to work properly. When I hit the print button, the paper comes half way out before it starts to print and I lose the bottom half of print.
Anybody got any ideas?
Thanks
Steve

Is it a new problem or new printer?
If it is a new printer, it may need a new driver. If it is a new problem you may need to reset the default setting on your printer.

Hello Steve,

firstly go to your printer's maintenance page and do a test page. From that use the help section to correct the fault. (Hopefully :-) )
