replacing some wood

does any one know if it is possiable to just change the front pillar and lower sill part of wood with out removing the whole side of wood - and if so how hard is it to do ?

and dont worry it is not for the trav in the pics - i have been offered a white trav for £500 which needs these two bits of wood to be replaced and a little bit of welding to front inner wings and one wing -

Small sill section yes, front post no.

I would say difficult - but not impossible if you are a good carpenter!

Best to remove the whole side, as often when two pieces are rotten like this then the whole side needs work.
