I have found reference to it here www.mobil.co.uk/UK-English/LCW/Files/Car_Care.pdf , might be worth contacting them for a supplier!

Briefly, I bought this stuff from Halfords last year, put it in a car that should have phosphate free antifreeze, I now need some for a top-up. This stuff doesn't require changing for 5 yrs, so thought that was handy (as I've had air locks doing this in the past) but now, if I can't find any, I'll have to change it as it doesn't mix with other stuff. Mobil direct won't sell small quantitys, and can only suggest esso garages, they're part of the chain now it seems.

antifreeze
It is probably the same stuff as is used in my Rover 75. It is reddish in colour and is described as 'Ethylene Glycol with Organic Acid Technology'
(OAT) and,on the Rover, should be changed every four years. I bought mine as Halfords own brand, look for the OAT in the spec. It does not mix with older types.
