Rear Axel Oil Capacity

Post by dclark »

I have recently bought a 1956 Morris Minor and have discovered that there is no oil level plug on differential. Someone has fitted the wrong diff at some point. Does anyone know how much oil it should hold.

if you've got a small enough funnel you could remove the breather cap & fill it through that or you could jack the car up on one side remove a halfshaft & poor the oil in there
