Me and my oldest son have just got back home from running the Sport Relief Mile in Southampton. The weather was horrid but it didn't dampen spirits. At our group start we were informed by a local TV presenter that we were going to be on the box - so look out for us. We're the skinny ones in the middle. Oh and when it comes to the run, I'm the one in the yellow top that's running backwards.
Yes backwards.

You really wouldn't want to be wearing my calfs at the moment.
Older and more confused than I could ever imagine possible.

I'm too unfit to run (trying to change that)

However, I donated 6 hours of my time to take donations on Friday night!

Oh, and didn't see you pete..
