Horn problem

After taking my steering wheel off, painting and reassembly, my horn doesn't work. Is it fused? Not sure where the fuse box is...
Here's a pic of my regulator. Are there likely fuses in this?

That's the fuse box, your regulator has already been removed.

If the horn doesn't work after taking the wheel off and putting it back on, my guess would be the problem is there!

Check the horn push is on correctly, and the contact between steering wheel and horn wiring is good.

probably as packedup said! probably you missed something on reassembly or maybe you painted the place where it should have been earthed to? Also as Alex said you don't seem to have a regulator that's the fusebox just pull the cover towards you and you'll see the fuses

The wires under the insulating tape look like an alternater conversion
