Would it be such a silly idea ?
A concept car based on Rover 25 floorplan with Minor styled body could be a a neat way of introducing the Chinese brand to the West.
After all it's worked for the Beetle, Mini and Fiat 500 :D

It's clearly a spoof. The spelling, grammar and formatting are hilariously bad.

If it doesn't work, you're not hitting it with a big enough hammer.

It's not real - and yes, planned and chancellor are both spelled wrongly, there's an unnecessary capital C in company, the second sentence isn't really a sentence, the next (hard to tell if it' a sentence without the right punctuation) should only start with a capital A if it is, and needs a comma before the Mr Tumun Wong (think I'm missing a joke there), there should be an apostrophe in Volkswagen's - I'll shut up, there are more :D

Sorry Alex - cross post

Also, it's apparently a VW BeAtle and if you look closely you'll see it's dated on Wednesdat.

Anyway, it would be interesting to see them try to redesign a minor, I think the traveller would be the hardest though..

Let's not even begin to go into how the 'we create' inside the quotation marks should have been treated...

I was forwarded the clip from an English friend that lives and works overseas.
He just said he spotted this is a paper he was looking at.
He said it’s a paper aimed pacifically at the English speaking among them. This might explain the poor spelling and punctuations. When I asked him about its integrity. He said it’s like reading it in the Sun. So make your own mind up whether you believe it or not. :D :D :D

I think to beleive it or not is not the question? it's whether the car will ever make it to production the question :)

Not really. Just make an already hideously parodied version of a well loved classic even more grotesque by sticking a tiny door in the side of a vulgarly boxed up back end.

Then add yet more to the already idiot only attracting price tag and watch them roll off the production line.

I doubt in terms of a driving machine it would be the ultimate, but cliched styling and assurances of Teutonic build quality should pull the punters in all the same.

I did - they bear a strong resemblance to your spelling and "punctuations" :D
