Glazing putty ? just curious before I rip the back doors to bits :-)

dumdum at a guess? given that all the wood is fitted with the same, think putty would dry out and crack after a short while

Yes, its Dum dum. Good idea to scrape the old out annually and re dum dum where the glass and middle rail of the door meet.

Kevin if you send me your email addy via pm I will take a couple of pics for you as I have the fillets removed at the moment and you can see it still in position.
John why do you suggest removing it annually as I have found mine to still be pliable and it doesnt appear to have been disturbed for years.
