rear brakes lock up

i got my sister to apply the brakes and could still turn it by hand

hi everyone. its said sister here. i was driving around with no back brakes for a while coz we couldn't sort this problem (one click on the adjustment seized the brakes on, one click off meant no brakes, everything else had been checked). it was only on one wheel. with the MOT coming up obviously it had to get sorted - turns out it was the brake cylinder that had seized! we thought we'd changed them all but we must have missed it as it seemed to be working and it obviously subsequently seized. thought i would clear up the mystery! Passed the MOT too.
