My wife says cibies on front look like a pair of chav earings!
I know bumpers are rated. But I like the look of no bumpers, and the cibies are usefull and very retro and haven't been done to death on moggies so I feel I am being different.
Hi , you just need a 'nice' sympathetically designed spoiler and fit the lights into this. seriously though they look okay a bit rallyboyish, but fine for it. If you want to tidy up the bottoms of the wings we do a closing panel that welds to the wing bottom and bolts to the front panel, they eliminate the awkward join you currently have.
I'm not so sure either way, but they are likely to get pushed back into your wings if/when someone misjudges their parrallel parking
(I'm taking no moral highground on parking - I did my first carpark crunch his week )

Got to agree with your wife. My mate had 4 cibies on a lamp bracket, with bumper and spoiler on his Minor and it looked the biz. I'm afraid your look is a bit unfinished or an afterthought.
You could always recess the 2 you have into the grille if you want to lose the bumper, but cut off the bumper irons and fill in the wing to front panel area.
Nice car though.

I was just about to say or if someone reverses into your front end
I think the lights would look better with bumper on with spoiler underneath and the lights fixed to it. I think ya can get a fiberglass bumper and spoiler all moulded in one.

Have to disagree with your wife period extra's on a period car are fine if done properly, earings indeed that would be like putting Pat Butcher (eastenders in case you dont know) on the front of your car

thanks to all who voted, for now the cibies have gone and the bumper is back on the front. I may alter the front at a later date but for now I will bow to the opinions of others. lol
