What type of glass are Morris windscreens made from?

Does anybody know if Morris windscreens were made from laminated or toughened glass?

toughened normally but you can get laminated ones new

do you know how much a laminated one would cost?
and were all the models made with toughened?

When my standard toughened screen shattered I had it replaced by a laminated one on the insurance so it cost me the £50 excess only.
