Hello all,

I was always told that you can put anything over cellulose but not vice versa.

As far as availability of cellulose, there is still cellulose available for classic and similar type vehicles, as a special concession, or probably more accurately exemption.

I recently bought some cellulose primer\surfacer and thinners at my local car parts factor.
