My girlfriends mam gave me her old minor to restore which has been sat in a barn for the past 8 odd years which my girlfriends dad started stripping it apart and that is as far as he got with it so now i have it it is good to be able to work on a car that is 16years older than me as im only 23 here are some pics

it woant be there come june as its in a barn and te guy is having it all ripped down and rebuilt or summet and needs to be shifted dont no where to put it then
im realy excited about restoring it as i have always been in to cars im a boyracer who is in to modifying cars by putting big bodykits on cars and big wheels but it is nice to do summet different like this
Great! sounds like you have enthusiasm. Can you weld? and spray paint? If not, get a Mig welder and a reactive mask and start practising. The car looks like a good basis for a resto but I expect some welding will be needed.
Looks like something to get your teeth into. . . . .mine have all started like that, eveyone thinks I'm bonkers when another one turns up on the drive!

i learnt to weld at college but that was 5yrs ago and cant really remember but my girlfriends grandad can weld so im gunna see if he can do it for me i can spray small areas with cans from halfords needs front arche and rear arche welding on the driver side and a bit on the door frame thats about it of what i can see
