Sept 2010 - finally gave up breaking down in a SII Landy...
where to break down next?
2013... managed to seize my 1275 just by driving it round the block :(

By 'They' do you mean Atlanta Imports place? Is the MG wiper motor interchangeble with the Morris? or........please don't tell me I might be buying back my own motor!

Have a look at the website - but under 'Morris' they (Atlanta) show a wiper motor available for the car - it's also noted for a few other cars which could well be right - it is by no means unique to the Minor. However - after your past experience I would do all I could to NOT buy anything from the place again. There are many other suppliers about - if you search you will find. Victoria-British springs to mind - although they don't have a reputation for cheap prices.
