Seats

Post by eastona »

toying with the idea of chaning my seats, I invested about £30 in new padding, base foam and a rubber thing to replace the straps. What a difference, much better, here's some pictures.

I'd recommend it before going the route of replacement or aftermarket seats. I do about 200 miles a week, so it's got to be comfy.

I thought i'd refurbed my seats, but can't recall webbing straps on backrest frame.
Are they standard or is it me being stupid as usual

The padding, foam and rubber diaphragm  was bought from ESM

The seat back has (3 I think) of those big rubber straps across it. Mine were stretched and consequently I had no lumbar support at all.
