I mention this as if you get a UK and American Mechanic working on the same car, it can cause some confusion.

It is not just US/UK terminology difference that causes confusion either! When I was driving for a haulage company, a guy asked me if I had got my 'truck'. I said yes it's parked over there but he meant a sack truck (small trolley). He referred to the lorry as a 'wagon' and not a 'truck'. :lol: :lol:
