My traveller has what i can describe as 'crinkley lino' lining. It is very much in need of cleaning or replacing. Before a shell out the £40 or so for replacement, any tips for renovating the existing one.( or indeed a cheaper supplier)
Bargain Offcuts from the carpet shop for me - dogs, chickens, pig, sheep, leave the back doors open and they are compelled to jump in - fiver every couple months is a bargain - oh and 6 times a year it gets new carpet smell for a day or two
i think i will go down the line of replacing the lino and then possible some cut about some carpet tiles. The dogs will be happy but i think a may resist the urge to turn the back of my traveller into an ARK!!!

as you can see from my signature, i am building on work done by steve 4063 from wolverhampton so i cant take the credit for the hard work. I think steve would be the first to say that he takes a bit of a wreck and gets them back on the road as quick as poss. That leaves 'beutifying' to the non mechanically minded like me.
Just seen your other posting, so the rails are new, however it says you had a carpet set but it looks like vinyl to me or is the photo playing a trick.

They are new ones that polished well with chrome cleaner. Had a jolly time piloting, drilling and countersinking but i am very satisfied with the result
If you look at moggytechs picture, its exactly the same. My black rail is painted with smoothrite and is still very shiney and its reflecting the chrome fller cover
