Thats a tough one to work out. It looks like a very nicely made aluminium bodied car, either a very limited production exotic (a 1950's Aston???) or a special, but if it is, it looks very well made. Ali panel work is a very skilled craft.
Cheers John - all comments IMHO

If it doesn't work, you're not hitting it with a big enough hammer.
OK maybe by this evening I can have more ideas! I was passing near it today and in a field nearby was a man whom I asked whose the field was he was uncertain but told me a name which I know very well! I told him I was asking because there was this car and I like classics he told me Oh good I have an old Morris in my field if you'd like to see! you can imagine my reply so we agreed on a time to go and see the morris. When we met he had coincidently bumped in the afore mentioned owner of the mystery car, he told him the car was a 3 WHEELER so any ideas? I will be calling this person in the evening maybe I'll solve the mystery
Mystery solved thanks to the internet!!! It's an early Fuldamobil! http://www.3wheelers.com/fuldam.html

unfortuntely the story to it is sad as apparently it's been lying in that field over 20 years when it was bought by the field's owner brother to be restored he took it all apart, but died soon after, and all the parts were thrown away!
the owner told me I can have ti for free but with no parts there' nothing much that can be done with it
