poly bushes

Hi all some poly bushes I bought came with grease with them, which parts of the bushes should be greased? inside and outside? Thanks

It wont do any harm to do both as it will help to stop the squeeking that can occur otherwise.

Remember to only tighten when the full weight of the car is back on the suspension - and a wee bounce up and down helps to settle everything too.

Let's just hope the Worlds Parrot supply remains high, with all these Poly bushes getting used.
