Grrr...
Had a crossthreaded bolt on my rear wing that simply wouldn't undo.
just spent 4 hours sawing it off with a tiny swiss army knife metal saw.
...I think I've now got RSI in my arm!

Father christmas brought me one of those 'Dremel' type tools, I didnt think it would be up to grinding a bolt head off but three mini grinding/sanding rolls later it worked!
A really handy thing is a flevidrive for a normal drill.
Great for drilling odd places, but also using small rotary wire brushes.
Its possible to make a mini but very effective grinder cutter too from the worn remains of a 4" wheel and a nice flat headed roofing bolt nut & washer. No guard obviously but dead handy for the odd job
