DVLA enquiry - all past owners of my minor

Does anyone know if its possible to contact the DVLA and get a list of all the past owners?

I did this on my car I wrote to the DVLA asking for owner history using form V888. I think the fee was £5.00.

I did the same but be aware the copy’s of past log books and or sorn notices are not the best copy’s you will ever see in fact a couple of the ones they sent me were just about legible

will you be needing the registration no of your car? or is the chassis no enough? as my intention is to find the reg plate when my Van was in the Uk and belonged to the GPO
