I have to be careful, but I'd like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very happy Christmas and hope the truth of the Jesus story is not lost to us all amid the commercialism.

This message board is like a family - you can't choose the other members!! But remember engine oil is thicker than water.
And a merry Christmas from me to all those on the message board that I met at rallies this year.
I hope to meet some of the rest of you at next years rallies .
Agreed Lou, and the same from me
Cheers
Kevin

How refreshing to read this thread. I can feel the goodwill oozing from the screen . Last week we went to the "Thursford Christmas spectacular" A great show that combines good entertainment, traction engines, and a reminder of what we should be celebrating. Highly recommended. Keep The Light shining bright. As Dave Allen used to say: "May your God go with you".

Hope you all had a lovely Christmas Dad and I went to the Thursford Christmas show as well, in early December, had a great time! Maybe we should do a messageboard trip there another year....
Fantastic place, went up there in 2005 for the Norfolk Rally. lots to see and the organ recitals really adds to the atmosphere. The organ emerges from below like they used to do in the old cinemas!
