Minor 4 door seals/draught excluders

Post by Michael888 »

Are there any other cars with the same profile ? Need to replace them on a 4 door Minor. I know they are available new, but they are very expensive. I would rather cruise the breakers first.

Not only are they expensive, but the quality leaves a bit to be desired. Be prepaired to adjust all the door hinges/strikers to get the doors shut snug against the seals.

Early Fords have 'push' on seals.
I keep meaning to look for a scrap Sierra or Fiesta. They're thicker than the Morris ones which is good when your door gaps are all over the place!
What would Macgyver do..?
