I have just noticed that my moggy has not got a breather on the rocker cover and looks like a later type, is this going to cause problems, i have tried looking everywhere for one to buy with a breather but no joy

The crankcase breather should then go from the back of the engine (tappet chest cover) to either the carb/air filter or the mushroom thing on the inlet manifold, like I have on my Traveller.
But if the car is running fine and not using oil, you may be fine. (perhaps the oil filler cap is of the breathable type).
