If you mean your signature, you need to shrink the image down to a sensible size (probably less than 250 pixels wide), upload it to some web space or a photo gallery (http://www.fotopic.net/ for example), copy the address of the image, and paste it between [img]and[/img] in the signature box on your profile page.
