cool some new faces would be nice... still time to add names for the Christmas dinner too ???

tufty, I think it was Colin you met in Sainsburys carpark, he is away enjoying the sun in Australia at the moment, but you are still welcome to meet some of the rest of us ;-)

this weeks pub is the new forest at Ashurst tucked just behind the main road and in front of ashurst train station so easy to find by following those signs.

Callyspoy, we allow modern boxes too if you worried about the trip in a minor. Next time we are on the east side of Southampton perhaps that would be a good time for you to join us. So far we tend to use the forest, but we have tried a few on the east side (not quite as nice as the forest pubs in general) but we are always open to suggestions for new pubs, quiet real-ale types seem to be favourite

Callyspot. If you want to you can drive to Woolston for 7:45pm and I'll get you the rest of the way. On the way back you can pick up your uprights.

I'll be there! Early as usual!

Hopefully Carlo will be with some seats for me too!

(For those who have never been before - keep an eye out for me (possibly as part of the group)

Black zip up hoody with a small white caracter on the Front, Marhsall Amplification Tee and Blue jeans, maybe sitting down or floating about.

If you are bit later you should hopefully be able to find us fairly easily, we normally sit towards the "front" of this pub

nice to see a new face, hope you got home alright callspot

i dropped the menu choices off at the empress on the way home and paid the 100 quid deposit. They can be flexible if we need to add a head or two?? so still a chance for people to join us for the Christmas meal if you wish

Not here next week as travelling with work, so have fun guys and see you in two weeks

Im afraid Im unable to get along this week (Thurs 8th) qas my wife is out that night and I'm childminding.

Matt - I think you said you were unable to get along this week too so I guess we'll "do the deal" on the waterpump next week.

Cheers, Mike.
