Removed?

I am unable to find my recent post from this section, has it been removed? It was critical of a moderators action, which may have been the reason. I do hope not.

Your post was removed for breach of a number of the rules in the T&C's

If you would like to complain about moderators trying to do their jobs please send a PM to the moderator concerned.
I'm sure that on all occasions you will get a straight answer, however, if you would rather not contact them directly, Kevin is the next port of call as he is 'chief moderator' of failing that, Cam.

Ray, I thought it was policy to give a reason and moderator name if a post was deleted. Also if T and C 's had been breached ,then which ones. It might be worth a thought, as in this same section we are talking about 'manners'
I'm not opposed to the original thread being locked, as it was going no where and antagonising folk. A better reason for locking it, could have been offered, but if thats how the moderator felt then fair enough, at least a post was given saying why.
I appreciate the work and time given by the moderators, and realise that they have a difficult job to do at times.
:D

You are correct. I should have messaged Les at the time. I have done so since.

I locked the original tread because it was going nowhere and folks were starting to get more and more entrenched.

None of us are perfect and on reflection it was a bit harsh!
Hey Ho we're all human. I did offer to re-open it if anyone asked me to and no one did. I'll try and be more tolerant, but I can't guarantee I won't over react another time :-?
