I vaguely remember these coming out with my 1957 semaphore arm
trafficators, the type mounted below the level of the side windows. I
think!

I've got them on mine, they go on a 2-door or convertable and clip on the inside of the car behind the semaphores, spose they stop water getting to the inside rear quarter panels.

That's them! They don't work though, the rust behind the trafficator area has to be seen to be believed.
